Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing & Shipping:
At Opal Coffee, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our preferred carriers. Shipping times vary based on the destination, and customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at trade@opalcoffee.us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of green coffee and specialty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have a coffee subscription, you may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at trade@opalcoffee.us. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
